Pilates Fees   

We accept cash, cheque or card at the time of your visit. We are also recognised by Health Insurance Companies.

These sessions are taught by our fully qualified pilates instructors Sacha Swift-Smith (Physiotherapist) and Zoe Pantelios (Chiropractor).

If you are unsure whether you need Pilates, please call the clinic and speak directly to one of our qualified staff who will be more than happy to answer any of your questions.

Cancellation policy:

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance for us to be able to schedule someone else. All late cancellations will be charged with 50% of the appointment fee. Failing to turn up for an appointment without any notice will result in the full appointment fee being applied.
